Divya Dutta speaks up about her hard phase during her initial phase
Divya Dutta is known as the powerhouse of talent and has impressed audiences with a range of roles over the years. While she is passionate about acting, every once in a while, she also loves to flaunt her fashion quotient on the ramp. She has been seen walking the ramp for several designers.
Talking about her personal sense of style, Divya shares that she had made several blunders. She even said how she was called out for many things in the initial days. “See, I wasn’t this conventional actress when it came to my physical appearance. I am not tall, and I am busty. So, it was tough initially. But gradually you find your own way”, the actress said.
Divya, who won applause for her performances in films like Veer-Zaara, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag and Delhi-6 to name a few, is thankful that her work did all the talking and diverted all the attention. She says, “When your work is applauded, you get that confidence. Also, steadily, over a period of time you start understanding what suits your skin and your body the best. I am happy that gradually people accepted me. It has been quite a long journey and today, when I look back it feels good that people see me in a different light where I get invited for these glamorous events as
a showstopper.”
